This issue was successfully tested on Contact Form to Email version 1.1.47.

Contact Form to Email is a WordPress Plugin to create contact forms and send their data email addresses.
Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks are a type of injection, in which malicious scripts are injected into otherwise benign and trusted web sites.
